Promotional Posters

This section shows a varied range of promotional posters for bars, clubs, stage and festivals.

The following is a promotional posters for the Raven Bar in conjunction with Oxegen festival.

The Defunkt identity was created for an organised club night every Friday in Fast Eddies, Cork city. A range of funky retro promo posters were created, a sample of the range is shown below.

A promotional sessions/gig poster for Bar Bru that they could update weekly themselves.

A stage poster designed for the Opera House/Half Moon Theatre. This was also accompanied by a range of flyers to promote the play.

93 Feet East is a big alternative club on Brick Lane, East London. Posters needed to be high impact and very visual to reflect the quirky nature of the club. A range of promo material was need to promote different weekly events. Graphics were also illustrated inhouse.

A full range of promo posters designed for the yearly Cork International Choral festival. Whilst each poster had to look individual, it was also important to have a consistancy of style and layout, sample below.

This Alphabet poster was designed as an inhouse poster for Carival Advertising & Design. The poster was designed as a graphic designers alphabet, using photographs of signage letters to make up a photographic alphabet.

This project was to design a promotional double sided pull out poster to be featured in Imagine Magazine for the House of Curves London in 2008. The House of Curves is an animation studio which created a list of 100 tips for animation students. Using 20 of these tips Jakob Schuh of Studio Soi illustrates them and Studio Zoo did the layout.

The ‘Get Out and Dance’ poster was created for Team Cork in association with the Chambers Bar in Cork to promote the first of many fundraising events for Team Cork.
